Am 26.06.2008 fand auf dem Schulhof unserer Schule der diesjährige Abi-Streich statt. Er brachte Abwechslung vom sonstigen Schulalltag. – sehr zur Freude der Schüler. Die Abiturienten haben diesmal das Thema „Antikes Griechenland (+Götter)" gewählt. Am Anfang wurde einem Schüler, bei johlenden Zuschauern, die Haare abgeschnitten. Außerdem standen auf dem Programm: Melonenweitwurf, ein Quiz, ein Fahrradrennen, „Speisenraten“: Des Weiteren mussten Wasserballons, die später noch in die Zuschauerreihen flogen, ohne Schaden in einen Eimer geworfen werden. Im letzten Spiel testeten die Lehrer ihre Kraft, indem sie als Zweierteams darum wetteiferten, wer ein Auto am schnellsten schieben könnte. Am Ende der schönen Veranstaltung wurden die Lehrer noch mit (zum Teil ironischen) Geschenken als Dank für ihre Mühen überhäuft.
